Incoming PM Vladimir Putin presented proposals to Russian President Dmitry Medvedev about the new government's structure in the Kremlin Monday. "As we agreed, the necessary documents were compiled that relate to the government's structure and appointments to the positions of vice PMs and federal ministers" – Putin said at a meeting with Medvedev.
