May 13. Domestic stocks kicked off with an uptick.

Domestic liquid names kicked off to the upside, but slipped off new highs in the first hour or so of trading. As of 12:00 noon Moscow time the gainers were led by UES (+1.8%), while Tatneft (-1.7%) and Lukoil (-1.2%) underperformed the market. The RTS Index is hovering around 2,311 or 0.3% below Monday's close.
