July 1. Seventh Continent’s board appointed on Tuesday as the company’s new CEO board member and CEO of 7K Invest Holding Boris Morozov, the company reported. Stepan Kovalchuk, who worked for a year in this position, on the same day as the AGM decision was elected to the board of the retailer whose acquisition is being considered by French retailer Carrefour.
