Feb 5. Russian Railroads Co. places RUB 15 bn bond. The domestic railroad monopoly Russian Railroads Co. fully placed its series-23 RUB 15 bn bond on Thursday, the company said. On Tuesday, the company closed its order book, which was oversubscribed, and set the first coupon rate at 9.0%, at the bottom of the previously announced bookbuilding range.
